On the second Friday, Saturday and Sunday of every month, there will be 2 hours daily cooking training without oven and without oil.

*Once in two months 48 days Mandala Diet (48 days Mandala Diet) communication class and training will be held.
* Once in three months 21 day Padayal Sadhana (21 day Padayal Sadana) is a training course where you eat completely no oven and oil free food for 21 days.

108 Day Brahma Mugurtha Sadhana
108 days of early morning Brahma mukurtha yoga exercises, meditation exercises, mudras along with 108 days of Padayal stove without number of types of food and enjoy the wonderful class.
